This petitions are filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 25.05.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. Nos.7390 & 7392 of 2023 in Crl.O.P. Nos.6541 & 6537 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on summons if required by the Investigating Officer.
