Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue an order writ or any other direction particularly a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in relation to P.M.No.8176/A1/2000 dated 12.04.2006 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the first respondent to consider the recommendations of the District Educational Officer, Viruthachalam issued in Na.Ka.No.2743/A1/2001 dated 12.06.2001 and issue a consequential direction to the respondent to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds in suitable post in Government service and pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and thus render justice.
