O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(a) in Crl.OP.No.14414 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025, that the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Ray of Light Foundation, Bank Name:Hdfc Bank, Branch:Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai, IFSC Code:HDFC0001864, Account 1/4

Name:Ray of Light Foundation, Account No.50100078904233, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are not comply the condition and not executing the sureties within a time for the reasons the petitioners are not mobilizing the such huge amount for a sum of Rs.50,000/-. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and further two weeks time is extended to the petitioner for complying with the condition as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the present order copy made ready.
