Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent Block Development Officer (Ulundupettai Block) to permit the petitioner to join as Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Pu.Killanur, Ulundurpettai Block by virtue of the order of transfer given by the 1st respondent District Collector, vide his proceedings Na.Ka.3573/2021/BE4 dated 11.11.2021, within a time bound as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus directing the third respondent Block Development Officer (Ulundupettai Block) to permit the petitioner to join as Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Pu.Killanur, Ulundurpettai Block by virtue of the order of transfer given by the first respondent District Collector, vide his proceedings Na.Ka.3573/2021/BE4 dated 11.11.2021, within a time bound as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is called, Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents has produced the copy of the undertaking affidavit given by the petitioner that she will withdraw the writ petition in the event of joining duty in the third respondent office.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact that the petitioner has joined duty in the third respondent office and if there is any grievance, she shall make a representation before the authorities concerned.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
