ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.L.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.
2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that enquiry was conducted and, thereafter, Form-I notice was issued to the Executive Officer. However, subsequent steps were not undertaken.
3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the subsequent steps would be commenced within three months from today and
further action would be undertaken.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
