and W.M.P.No.28854 of 2016 By order dated 06.04.2017, the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the above writ petition. Since the reason for withdrawal of the writ petition was not stated in the order, the writ petition has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The reason for withdrawal of the writ petition is that the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai, on 01.01.2015, has deleted the look-out circular issued against the petitioner. The said statement is also found in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4, viz.the Immigration authorities.

3.Hence, it is clarified that the writ petition was withdrawn only because of the fact that the look-out circular in question, has been deleted.
