J U D G M E N T

The appellant has come up with this Criminal Appeal seeking quashment of the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri District in Crl.MP.No.1478 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021, wherein the lower court had granted bail to the respondents 2 to 9.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that, during the pendency of this Criminal Appeal, the complaint was referred as "Mistake of fact".

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Appeal and accordingly, this Criminal Appeal stands closed.
