This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time in payment of cost imposed in C.M.P.No.16157 of 2023 vide order dated 04.08.2023 in S.A.SR.No.97023 of 2021.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the time for complying with the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.16157 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023 in S.A.SR.No.97023 of 2021, is extended by one week.
