JUDGMENT
The Criminal Appeal has been filed against the dismissal of the petition in C.M.P.No.1507 of 2021, vide order dated 27.09.2021, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri District.
2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.01.2022, there was no representation for the appellant, thereby, this Court, directed the Registry to list the matter after two weeks (i.e.,today). Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed for default.
