O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the modification order dated 16.2.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2648 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent is present.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the co-accused in this case had already deposited the amount of Rs.10 crores, the petitioner also come out on bail. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. In view above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
