This Petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No. 95 of 2017 under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 & 417 of IPC.

2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, on 01.02.2023 and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above submissions, the prayer in the quash petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report so advised.
