..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to impugned proceedings in Lr. No.NIT. No. 16/T. No. 16/2022- 23 -1 dated 12.9.2022 rejecting the bid submitted by the petitioner in response of the Tender Notice NIT No. 16/ CW/ T.No. 16/ 2022- 23 dated 30.06.2022 of the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the said Tender in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 12.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the said Tender in

accordance with law

2. Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 and 8 would submit that subsequent to the order impugned herein, the project for which the tender was called for has been implemented and the entire construction has also been completed.
