These applications are filed by the applicant seeking to extend the time for completion of arbitral proceedings for a period of three months.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Though this Court had granted time for filing counter by the respondents for more than three occasions, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel. It is also verified that the learned counsel has not even filed his vakalat.

It is stated that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of respondents' side evidence. As the mandate of the Tribunal has expired, the present applications have been filed.

4. Accordingly, time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and for passing the award is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order The parties are directed to co-operate with the Arbitrator for passing of the order as expeditiously as possible.
