O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2021 and vide C.S.R.No.772 of 2021 and file the fresh FIR.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 03.10.2021. Though C.S.R.No.772 of 2021 assigned, thereafter no action has been taken by the respondent police. Followed it, the petitioner had forwarded the complaint to the higher officials of the respondent police, then too, no action has been taken. On the other hand, the case of the counter complainant has been registered in Crime No.436 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021, for offence under Sections 147, 2949b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC. Hence, the petitioner has filed the above said petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that with regard to the counter complainant, investigation is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

completed and final report is ready. As regards the petitioner's complaint, enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of materials, this Court finds that it is a case and counter. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to follow the Police Standing Order 588 A.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
