No.CD / T.No.15/ 2022 - 23 dated 12.09.2022 cancelling the Tender Notice NIT No.15/ CW/ T.No.15 / 2022 - 23 dated 30.06.2022 of the 4th Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to evaluate and award the subject contract to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned Proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 12.09.2022, cancelling the Tender Notice NIT No.15/ CW/ T.No.15 / 2022 - 23 dated 30.06.2022 and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to evaluate and award the subject contract

to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

2. Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 and 8 would submit that subsequent to the order impugned herein, the project for which the tender was called for has been implemented and the entire construction has also been completed.
