This petition has been filed to call for records in FIR No.502 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police, for offences under Sections 419, 420 & 468 of IPC as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the FIR in Crime No.502 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 17.01.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam.
