This petition is to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the appeal.

2. Though affidavit of service is not filed in this case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the notice taken out in the connected appeal in W.A.SR.

No.94059 of 2022, the present CMP No.16739 of 2022 is also mentioned and service is complete. In view thereof, service is treated as complete.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
