Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records and to quash the impugned circular dated 27.07.2023 (Ref.No.35800/E3/1/2023) issued by the 2nd Respondent and consequently direct the respondents to act as per G.O.131 (2D) dated 20.11.2007 and to determine the qualification for any Medical Officer to receive promotion in a service as for station seniority and not by their departmental seniority. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for challenging the impugned circular dated 27.07.2023 (Ref.No.35800/E3/1/2023) issued by the 2nd Respondent and consequently direct the respondents to act as per G.O.131 (2D) dated 20.11.2007 and to determine the qualification for any Medical Officer to receive promotion in a service as for station seniority and not by their departmental seniority.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
