This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. in Crime No.27 of 2015 dated 21.11.2015 on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instruction submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2015, Charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication in this regard.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
