This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 am until further orders in the order dated 12.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.14090 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is pending and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
