This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 445 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 17.09.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.2040 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Salem.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
