A copy of an affidavit of undertaking filed before this Court by the petitioner Dhvani Research & Development Solutions Pvt. Ltd., at O1J, 1st Floor, IIT Madras Research Park, Kanagam Road, Taramani, Chennai - 600 113, represented by its Managing Director, Mrs.Sujatha Chakravarthy. 2.This Court directed them to handover the possession on 10.11.2023 as the contract for supply order to be completed and equipment to be supplied on or before 15.10.2023 as a breathing time given to them for vacating the premises. In paragraph 5 of the order, they agreed and gave an undertaking that it would vacate from the schedule property and remove all its equipments on or before 10.11.2023 and further stated in the undertaking that without prejudice to the appellant's rights to the Security Deposit of Rs.25 lakhs in relation to the said schedule property, this Court is not inclined to pass any such orders regarding the plea raised by the petitioner. It is open to the parties to agitate the same before the appropriate form in the manner known to law.
