A. No.4240 of 2024 G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN. J., The present application has been filed by the applicant to extend the time period for completion of the arbitral proceedings before the Sole Arbitrator, Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.Rajeswaran (Retd.,), by a period of six months.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to extend the time.

3. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time period for a period of six months. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within a period of six months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
