This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 796 days in filing the above Second Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 26.11.2007 passed in AS No. 30 of 2006 by the Sub Court, Thruppathur confirming the decree and judgement dated 03.04.2006 passed in O.S No. 210 of 1997 by the District Munsif Court, Thiruppathur, Vellore District.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one. Accordingly, this court is inclined to allow this petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1000/- payable to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two week from today. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Post on 26.09.2024.
