Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent viz. The Tahsildar, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District not to alter the revenue records till the partition suit bearing OS.No.494 of 2021 decided in all respects for the schedule mentioned properties by the Hon'ble Additional District Judge-III, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee wherein the fourth and fifth respondents also parties. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent viz. The Tahsildar, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District not to alter the revenue records till the partition suit bearing OS.No.494 of 2021 decided in all respects for the schedule mentioned properties by the Hon'ble Additional District Judge-III, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee wherein the fourth and fifth respondents also parties.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioners dated 17.11.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
