(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2024 to take appropriate action against second respondent vide FIR No.04 by V&AC, CC-IV Unit dated 12.09.2023 and FIR No.02/AC/2024/CC-1 by V&AC dated 21.05.2024 and another case booked for MLA fund misappropriation disproportionate than known source of income against B.Sathyanarayanan and other vide Dinamani and Indian Express news Publication dated 27.05.2024 through the forum of Special Court to conduct case against MLA and MP.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, has informed the Court that investigation is pending before the first respondent/Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, and the same will be completed and a charge sheet will be filed within a period of four months.
