ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 13.08.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent on 13.08.2015, but first the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry conducted and closed. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy, in the manner known to law.
