The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294[b], 323 and 506[ii] of IPC, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] submitted that there is no petition enquiry pending nor a case registered against the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal side], this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
