Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition below the petitioners shall report before the respondent/Police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders, imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court while granting relaxation petition by this Honourable Court Crl.M.P.No.7922 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.15790 of 2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.BENNY EBENEZER, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15790 of 2020 on 06.10.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
