This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.64 of 2015 pending trial before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur-I against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of the TNSC (RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w Section 7(1)(a) (ii) of E.C.Act, 1955 and section 120 [b], 465, 468 IPC.

2. This petition has been filed for quashing the final report for being in possession of the rice bags which is meant for Public Distribution System (PDS).

3. One of the accused in this case has also filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7450 of 2016 to quash the proceedings and this Court had dismissed the same. In such view of the matter, this Court cannot review this matter and quash the similar case.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
