This petition has been filed for extension of time to execute the sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, Vellore District as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16411 of 2024 vide order dated 12.07.2024 in Cr.No.48 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was arrested in another case, thereby, he was unable to execute the sureties in time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
