This miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.11 of 2014 by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Since the petitioner is found guilty of the offence under TNPID Act and there is no representation for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant suspension of sentence to the petitioner. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
