ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.95 of 2021 dated 01.04.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No. 95 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 420, 506 (iii) of IPC, till date no final report has been filed by them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police shall file a final report within a period of three months. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is hereby directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
