This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. in Crime No.3 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, so for as the petitioner's concerned and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor on instruction, submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2017, Charge Sheet has been filed against the petitioner and S.T.C. No.1128 of 2017 has been taken on file before the Judicial MagistrateII, Pondicherry for further adjudication. Hence, nothing survives in this petition to proceed further after filing charge sheet.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, as charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and the same is pending before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
