ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2021 and thereby, directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in dry land in Survey No.23/7 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situated at Amirthi Village, Jamunamarahur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District to an extent of Acre 1.23 cents out of 4.56 acres.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
