This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10.30 am for a period of eight weeks imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15460 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and considering that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is pending and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar Month for a period of three months.
