To quash the case in Crime No.32 of 2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-18, All Women's Police Station, MKB Nagar, Chennai, the criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.36 of 2023 but the name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the charge sheet.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
