This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to pass an order of Direction to the respondents to re-open the investigation on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 25.08.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the case has been closed on 10.03.2017 by the police concerned. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
