O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider his application dated 25/06/2024 in Application No.2024/0123/35/002722 seeking survey of his property situated in S.Nos.11/1B2A3B and 11/1B2A3C at Puthur Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpet District.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that he submitted online application on 25.06.2024 and paid necessary charges for survey of the above mentioned land, but the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner in Application No.2024/0123/35/002722 dated 25.06.2024 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
