ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2016 and file a final report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the third respondent on 01.02.2016, but the third respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.

Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law.
