This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.88 of 2017, on the file of the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report as "Mistake of Fact" on 31.03.2017 in RCS No.4 of 2017, before the Special Court for SC/ST Act, Tiruppur.
