O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent police to provide police protection to cut Casuaina trees planted by the petitioner in her own land, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the land comprised in S.Nos.10/1, 10/10, 24/4 situated at Kolapakkam Village Cuddalore District. He further submitted that now the fourth respondent, viz, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's second son, is giving trouble to the petitioner and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police on 07.11.2021 under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) r/w.TNWH Act in Cr.No.809 of 2021. Since the same was not considered, this petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is pending on the file of the second respondent police.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the police protection can be given only to the life and welfare of the people and not for cutting the casuaina trees.
