Crl.M.P.No.15368 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15368 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21090 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the trial Court twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 pm for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21090 of 2022 by order dated 02.09.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.11 of 2022 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21090 of 2022 by an order dated 02.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai for a period of one week at 10.30 a.m and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
