This Application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the written statement of the 11 defendant. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the applicant / 11 defendant was a tenant at premise in Bhakthavatchalam Nagar, Adyar, Chennai and had subsequently, shifted to Kottivakkam, Chennai. The communications were received in the earlier address and the applicant was not in a position to give instructions for preparing the written statement within the time period. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff also. 4.In view of the reasons stated, this Application stands allowed. 5.The Registry may take on record the written statement filed by the 11th defendant.

6.List the main suit and other applications in accordance with the date given on 31.10.2022.
