ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to initiate recovery proceedings based on the award passed in CCP No.27 of 2020 dated 17.09.2021 and the consequent order passed in E.P.No.50 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022 and initiate revenue recovery proceedings to recover the principal amount along with interest.
2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms.P.Aishwarya, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the order passed by the first respondent in CCP No.27 of 2020 dated 17.09.2021 and the consequent order passed by the first respondent in E.P.No.50 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022 and also considering the fact that the second respondent, on receipt of the representation made by the petitioner, has forwarded the same to the third respondent for initiating proceedings, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to proceed further to initiate proceedings under the Revenue Recovery Act and execute the order passed by the first respondent. This process shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
