O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. in Crime No.16 of 2013 dated 25.06.2013 on the file of the respondents 1 and 2 and quash the same.

instruction would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as Accused 14 in the Crime No.16 of 2013. The Accused Nos.1 to 9 have already filed the Criminal O.P. No.29940 of 2014 before this Court seeking for to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.16 of 2013 dated 25.06.2013 on the file of the respondents 1 and 2. This Court by order dated 28.06.2019, quashed the said F.I.R. filed against them.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer of the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.14 in the same Crime No.16 of 2013 dated 25.06.2013 on the file of the respondents 1 and 2, is allowed accordingly.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
