ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition No.5 imposed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.74 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 in returning the property in Crime No.162 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police that the Inspector of Police is the Station House Officer of the respondent-Police, whereas the petitioner has filed the petition as against the Sub-Inspector of Police.
