Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.231/2014/B4 dated 19.10.2022, pending before the second respondent with in a time frame.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.231/2014/B4 dated 19.10.2022, pending on his file, within a time fixed by this Court.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent issued notice to the interested parties, including the petitioner and the sixth respondent, fixing the date of enquiry as 18.09.2024. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
