The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the proceedings in Crime No.441 of 2022, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506(1) of IPC.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.12.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.01.2024. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that already final report was filed against the petitioner.
