This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner is required for the enquiry since he is a history sheeter in H.S.No.06 of 2020. 4.In view of the above, the question of 'not to harass' cannot be entertained and the respondent police shall call the petitioner for enquiry as and when required.
